Since the day we’ve opened our doors for the first time in 2004, we’ve had the pleasure to share our love for gourmet bistro food with the locals as well as with globe trotters from far and wide.
We are committed to sustainable, fresh ingredients.
Martine’s supports the Comox Valley’s local producers and suppliers, like Seiffert’s Farm Market and the resident fishermen based out of the Comox Marina who work hard to provide us with fresh Halibut for our feature dishes.
In the summer, our garden blesses us with fresh rosemary, sage, mint, and many other herbs that inspire our feature pages.
